There is a simple truth about your body; the smarter your nervous system, the better you move. Strength, speed, power, coordination, body-control, balance, agility, and every other athletic skill set you can name is a by-product of how smart your nervous system about movement. In practical day-to-day terms this means that the smarter your nervous system, the more efficiently you can work at every task that confronts you and the more energy you have at the end of the day to devote to your life.
